Annual Forum

Thinking solutions

Our Annual Forum is a unique international platform with a mission to engage and inspire pioneering leaders to become part of a global humanitarian community.

The objectives are to bring leaders who do not usually work side-by-side together for them to define policy for the future; to trigger new collective action; and to raise awareness.

It takes the form of a two-day international conference held each June in Geneva. The cutting-edge program of debates and interactive sessions covers more than 20 areas exploring the human face of climate change, and is designed by key partners from the private, public and non-profit sectors. Debates are complemented by networking and workshops delivered by world-leading experts.

Around 400 senior international figures attend, including strong participation from women. As each year goes by, more key organizations will be connected and galvanized to take part in joint solutions. And the humanitarian community will be continually strengthened.

The Forum reaches the general public through live webcasting and media. Around 100 journalists from international media are accredited.

A comprehensive report is published in August and distributed among decision-makers from the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Special efforts are made to minimize the environmental impact of the Forum.
